Engagements

How engagements work.

No forms that lead to a pitch deck. Here's the full shape of every engagement before you ever talk to me. Regardless of class, every engagement starts the same way: the free sample.

The 4 Classes

Build, sprint, run, or found.

The Flow

How an engagement unfolds.

01

You send 1 piece of your work. I return the sample and your Voice Print within 48 hours.

02

If the sample passes your review, we take 1 call to scope which tool fits and what volume you need.

03

Commercial terms are scoped to your situation on that call. No packages copied off a menu, because a 6-restaurant portfolio and a solo coach are not the same build.

04

Week 1 of any engagement is always Encode: your Reference Library and Rule Registry come first.

05

From week 2, you review pass/fail reports, not drafts.

The Ownership Clause

You keep the system.

Everything encoded from your material belongs to you: your Voice Print, your Reference Library, your Rule Registry, your Skills. If we stop working together, you keep the system. No agency will offer you this, because their business depends on you renting forever.

Questions

Common questions.

What does the scoping call cover?

Which tool fits your situation, the volume you need, the sources you'll feed it, and the shape of the engagement. It only happens after you've seen your sample and want to go further.

How do revisions work?

Notes become rules, not tickets. Every revision you give is encoded into your Rule Registry as a permanent rule, so the same correction never has to be made twice.

What are the minimum inputs you need?

1 hour of you talking, or 3 pieces of your work. Any of the 3 Sources: what you say, what you write, or what you sell. No published content library required.

Every engagement starts with the free sample.
