ABOUT THE FOUNDER

I build the systems that do the work.

I am Shubham V. Garg. I spent 11 years selling and marketing enterprise software. Now I build the AI production systems that coaches, consultants, and creators own outright.

This is the short version of how a mechanical engineer who never wrote a line of code in school ended up running an agency worth of output as a single operator. It is a story about systems, not talent.

Founder & CEO

50 cold calls a day to systems that do the selling.

Eleven years in three chapters: sell it, scale it, build it. The through-line was never a job title.

Where I started

11 years selling and marketing enterprise software.

I spent my first decade in enterprise sales and marketing. Automation Anywhere, where I generated leads and joined field visits for live demos. LinkedIn, where I was the first person globally in a dedicated sales development support role, working across all three business lines at once. iCG Pay, where I was hired as a content creator and ran marketing inside 18 months.

That stretch taught me how large companies actually buy, and how content, sales, and operations either line up or quietly fall apart. At iCG Pay I scaled blog traffic 50x in 6 months. I learned the difference between work that looks busy and work that moves a number.

02
What changed

I became the 1-person AI production layer in a consulting business.

In 2025 I stepped inside a working consulting business as the AI systems and production lead. Not an advisor. The person responsible for shipping the actual deliverables, every week, for real clients paying real money.

I stopped doing the work by hand and started building the systems that do the work. Every content asset, every deliverable, ran through AI skills I built and maintained. One operator, agency-level output.

03
What broke

Standards drift. Notes repeat. Founders become the bottleneck.

Three things break the same way in almost every business I see. Standards drift, so the tenth deliverable does not match the first. The same feedback gets given over and over, because nothing remembers the correction. And the founder becomes the bottleneck, because they are the only quality gate that exists.

I hit all three inside a month. Speed alone made it worse. Faster output with no structure just produces more work that sounds generic and needs fixing. The lesson was simple. The system has to hold the standard, not the person.

04
What I built

50+ skills, quality gates, and rule registries that hold the standard.

So I built the fix. A library of 50+ AI skills, each one loaded with reference examples, banned words, and structural rules. Quality gates that check every draft before a human reads it. Rule registries, so every note I ever give becomes a permanent rule the system cannot break twice.

Throughput went from 6 to 15+ clients per month in 3 months. Same operator, no new hires. Revision rounds dropped. The output started sounding like the person it was written for, because the system encoded their voice instead of guessing at it.

Where it is now

I packaged it as The Toolkit Company.

The Toolkit Company is that same system, built for coaches, consultants, and creators who have a podcast or recorded calls and a paid program to feed. You bring the raw material and the judgment. I build the production layer around it, and you own it outright.

The skill was never coding or marketing or sales on its own. It was always figuring things out and building systems that do the work. That is what I do here, and I would rather show you than tell you.
