The Sample First Promise

Send me 1 piece of your work.

Every agency asks you to book a call and take their word for it. I'd rather prove it. Send me 1 piece of your work. Within 48 hours you get it back, built at your standard.

What You Get Back

Within 48 hours, in your voice.

  • 1 finished asset in your voice: an email, a post, or a page from a deliverable you sell
  • Your Voice Print: a 1-page breakdown of your sentence rhythm, vocabulary fingerprint, and the patterns I encoded
  • 0 obligation. No call required. If it's not you on the page, delete it and keep your evening.
The 3 Sources

What counts as a piece of work.

Something you said

A client call, a workshop, a webinar, a video, even a 10-minute voice note.

Something you wrote

A newsletter, an article, a course module, a run of your best posts.

Something you sell

A proposal, a report, a plan, a page from your signature deliverable.

How It Works

3 steps.

01

Send 1 piece

Upload it or link it. Any of the 3 Sources.

02

I run it through the pipeline

The same Encode, Verify, Ship pipeline my paying clients use.

03

You judge the output

If it passes your review, we talk about what a full system would look like for your business.

Start Here

Send me 1 piece of your work.

Worst case, you keep a good asset. Best case, you've found the system that runs your business at your standard.

Paste a link (Drive, YouTube, a live URL), or leave blank and email the file to shubham@thetoolkitcompany.com after you submit.

No call required. No obligation. Used only to build your sample, deleted on request.

Questions

Common questions.

Why is the sample free?

Because the sample is the sales call. If the system can't match your voice, no pitch would fix that. So I prove it first, on your own material.

Who is this for?

Coaches, consultants, and creators who are the bottleneck in their own production. Publishing history not required. 1 hour of you talking or 3 pieces of your work is enough to start.

What happens to my material?

It's used only to build your sample, and deleted on request. No commercial conversation happens until you've seen the output and decided you want one.
