Full-stack platform that digitized legacy operations
A custom React and Supabase platform for Shree Shyam Logistics. It replaced the paper. A family business now runs on live data, with 90% less manual work.
The Challenge
The whole business ran on paper forms, phone calls, and Excel. It had to move online without stopping work for a day. And the staff had to pick it up without a training programme.
The Solution
I built the platform from scratch on React and Supabase. It takes the order, plans the route, tracks the load live, and raises the invoice. The screens were built so a new driver can use them on day 1.
