Your newsletter, written and sent every week.
A newsletter writing service that also presses send. The newsletter is the asset you own and the one that always slips. I write it in your voice, lay it out, schedule it, and send it. You approve or you do not.
The newsletter is always the thing that slips.
You know it is the only channel you own. You also know client work comes first, so the issue goes out late, then fortnightly, then when you remember. A list that hears from you at random stops opening. The problem was never the writing. It was that sending depended on you having a free evening.
What you get when I run your newsletter.
- Every issue written in your voice from what you already say and sell.
- Laid out, proofed, and scheduled in your email platform.
- Sent on a fixed day, whether or not your week went to plan.
- Subject lines and preview text written as a pair, not an afterthought.
- A running topic plan, so you are never starting from a blank page.
- A monthly note on opens, clicks, and which issues actually did something.
How the newsletter writing service runs in 4 steps.
Written, laid out, scheduled, and sent.
This is not a draft dropped in a doc for you to finish. It goes out. I write it, build it in your platform, schedule it, and send it. Approval is yours if you want it, and it stops being the bottleneck once the rules are written down.
Newsletter management is for you if:
- You have a list of 500 or more people who have not heard from you this month.
- You have started a newsletter 2 or 3 times and it has never survived a busy quarter.
- You want the list to sell for you instead of sitting there as a vanity number.
- You want it sounding like you, not like a marketing department.
A list that hears from you on a fixed day is an asset. A list that hears from you when you have time is a liability.
The email system behind itQuestions about newsletter management.
Will it actually sound like me?
That is the whole job. I work from what you have already said and written, and the first 2 issues exist to catch the gap. If it does not sound like you, you delete it and we fix the rules.
What email platform do you work in?
Whatever you already use. Beehiiv, Kit, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Substack, ActiveCampaign. If you have not picked one I will tell you the one that fits your list size and will not trap you.
Do I have to approve every issue?
Only if you want to. Most clients review closely for the first month, then move to a send-without-me arrangement because the rules are written down and nothing surprising comes out.
What if I have no back catalogue to work from?
One source is enough. A recorded call, a workshop, a few posts, or a proposal all give me the voice and the substance to start from.
Send me 1 issue you wrote. I will write the next.
Within 48 hours you get a full issue back in your voice, free. If it does not read like you, delete it and nothing is owed.
