Launch and promo emails that do the selling.
Email marketing for coaches and consultants, done for you. A cohort opening, a promo running, a waitlist going live. The campaign is 6 to 10 emails and it decides the whole number. I write them, build them, and schedule them.
Your launch lives or dies on 6 emails.
You spend 6 weeks building the offer and write the emails on the Sunday before it opens. So the sequence is 3 reminders and a deadline. Nobody handled the objection, nobody heard the proof, and the people who nearly bought got 1 nudge. The offer was ready. The campaign was not.
What you get when I write the campaign.
- The full sequence written, usually 6 to 10 emails, each with 1 job.
- A campaign map first, so you can see the argument before the writing starts.
- Objection handling and proof placed where people actually hesitate.
- Segmented follow-up for openers, clickers, and people who did nothing.
- Built and scheduled in your platform, with links and tracking tested.
- A read on what happened afterwards, and what to change next time.
How email marketing for coaches gets built in 5 steps.
Written, built, scheduled, and reported.
Copy in a document is half a campaign. I build it in your platform, set the segments, test the links, and schedule the sends. You approve the map and the drafts, then watch it run.
Email campaigns are for you if:
- You are opening a cohort, a program, or a waitlist in the next 8 weeks.
- Your last launch was mostly reminder emails and a deadline.
- You have a list that buys but only when you email it properly.
- You want the sequence built and scheduled, not handed to you as a doc.
Most launches do not fail on the offer. They fail on the 4 emails nobody had time to write.

How far ahead do you need to start?
3 weeks before the open is comfortable. 10 days is possible. Anything shorter and you are paying for speed rather than thinking, which is not where the return is.
Do you write the sales page too?
Often, and the campaign works better when the same person writes both. The landing page service covers that side and the two get built as one piece of work.
What if my list is small?
A small list that knows you can carry a launch. Below roughly 300 engaged subscribers the bottleneck is the list, not the emails, and I will say so rather than sell you a campaign.
Can you work in my existing sequences?
Yes. I will read what you already have, keep what performs, and rewrite the rest instead of starting from zero and throwing away history.
