The database your business actually runs on.
Clients, pipeline, content, delivery, and money in 1 place instead of 9 spreadsheets and your memory. Built in Notion, or in a real app when the work needs one.
Your business runs on 9 spreadsheets and your memory.
Client list in one sheet, pipeline in another, content plan in a third, invoices in your inbox. Nothing reconciles, so every answer needs you. The cost is not the admin time. It is that no one else can pick anything up without asking you first.
What you get when I build the database.
- 1 system holding clients, pipeline, delivery, content, and money.
- Your existing data migrated in and reconciled, not left behind in old sheets.
- Views built per role, so your team sees their work and not everything.
- Status and stage rules that make the system answer questions without you.
- Automations for the repeated steps, using tools you already pay for.
- A walkthrough and written docs, so it survives you being away for 2 weeks.
How a database gets built in 5 steps.
Built, migrated, and handed over with training.
A template you have to populate yourself is not a system. I model it, build it, move your real data in, and train the people who use it. You own the workspace, the data, and the accounts from day 1.
A database build is for you if:
- You are the only person who can answer where a client or a project stands.
- You have tried 3 Notion templates and abandoned all of them.
- Your team asks you the same status question every week.
- You are hiring, and onboarding currently means sitting next to you.
Most businesses do not need more tools. They need 1 place where the answer is already written down.

Notion, or a real application?
Notion for most coaches and consultants, because your team can edit it and you are not dependent on a developer. A real app with React and Supabase when you need many users, real permissions, or client-facing access. I will tell you which you need, including when it is the cheaper one.
Can you move my existing spreadsheets in?
Yes, and that is most of the value. Migration and reconciliation is included, because a clean system next to 9 live spreadsheets changes nothing.
What happens when I need to change it later?
You change it. It is built on a model your team can extend, handed over with docs, in your workspace. Coming back to me is an option, not a requirement.
Do you connect it to the tools I already use?
Where it earns its keep. Calendar, email, forms, invoicing, and CRM are the usual ones. I do not add an integration just because it is possible.
Tell me where your data lives today.
Send me the list, however messy. Within 48 hours you get a straight read on what 1 system would hold and what it would take off your plate.
